Fluid Requirements
Water makes up more than two thirds of the weight of the human body, and without it, humans would die in a few days. It is the most abundant resource in both plants and animals and next to air is the most essential. Excessive sweating during a game or practice must be replaced before, during and after an event.

15-20 Minutes into Event 6-8 oz. Water, Gatorade® or Juice
